【摘要】 目的探讨p53和PTEN蛋白的表达对喉癌颈淋巴结转移的影响。方法通过免疫组化法,对42例喉癌病人标本中p53和PTEN蛋白表达进行检测。结果p53和PTEN蛋白表达率分别为47.62%和57.14%,p53蛋白和PTEN蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。p53基因阳性表达和PTEN基因阴性表达的喉癌,多见于喉癌颈淋巴结转移组。结论p53基因阳性表达和PTEN基因阴性表达的喉癌易发生颈淋巴结转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the roles of p53 and PTEN genes in cervical lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer.Methods Expressions of p53 protein and PTEN protein were studied by immunohistochemical staining in the 42 specimens of laryngeal carcinomas.Results The positive expression of p53 and PTEN were 47.62% and 57.14% respectively,p53 and PTEN positive expression were related to with lymph node metastasis.The p53 positive and PTEN negative laryngeal arcinomas in patients with cervical lymph node metastasis were more frequently observed than that in patients without metastasis.Conclusion Laryngeal cancer with p53 positive and PTEN negative expression is prone to occur cervical lymph node metastasis.更多还原
