【摘要】 目的探讨喉和下咽鳞状细胞癌中Cyclin D1的表达与临床和病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化En-vision二步法检测喉癌和下咽癌60例中Cyclin D1的表达情况,并将其表达与喉癌和下咽癌的患者性别、临床分类、临床分期、病理分化程度、颈淋巴结转移情况及预后做统计学分析。结果Cyclin D1在喉癌和下咽癌中表达率增加,其表达与喉癌和下咽癌的病理分化程度、颈淋巴结转移及预后相关,但与患者性别、肿瘤原发部位、临床分期无相关性。结论Cyclin D1异常表达在喉癌和下咽癌的发生发展中发挥了重要作用,可作为判断喉癌和下咽癌恶性程度、颈淋巴结转移和预后的一个生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Cyclin D1 and clinical and pathological characters in laryngeal and hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 60 cases primary laryngeal and hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases normal laryngeal mucosa were examined for Cyclin D1 expression using immunohistochemistry.The relationship were analysed between the expression of Cyclin D1 and sex,site of the tumor,clinical stage,degree of differentiation,cervical lymph node metastasi and prognosis.Results In laryngeal and hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma,Cyclin D1 expression increased,which were significantly associated with degree of differentiation,cervical lymph node metastasis,and prognosis but not associated with sex,site of the tumor,and clinical stage.Conclusion The results demonstrate that the overexpression of Cyclin D1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and Cyclin D1 should be used as an important marker of malignant degrees metastasis and prognosis.更多还原
