【Abstract】 Caofeidian lies in the sea area in the south of Tanghai County of Tangshan City, and is 20 km away from the coastline.It is an undeveloped deepwater harbor in the Bohai Sea.Caofeidian industrial park has been lined in the state’s "Eleventh Five Year Plan",and the development and construction of Tianjin new coastal area and Caofeidian industrial park will bring about great changes in the development pattern of the circum-Bohai Sea and the whole region of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanxi.The development of Caofeidian will play a big role in the economic development,industrial adjustment,industrial layout and shipping transport of the circum-Bohai Sea economic circle.Thus,we can say that Caofeidian is a new triggering for the rising of the circum-Bohai Sea economy.更多还原
