水性油墨用丙烯酸树脂乳液的制备研究

【摘要】 对水性油墨用丙烯酸树脂乳液的制备进行了研究,以便为工业化生产提供依据。实验采用预乳化工艺,研究了单体配比、引发剂的选择与用量、乳化剂的选择与用量对聚合工艺和乳液性能的影响。实验确定的最佳反应条件是:引发剂用过硫酸铵-焦磷酸钠氧化还原引发体系,其用量为单体总量的0.4%~0.5%;复合乳化剂选用非离子表面活性剂(TX-10)和混合阴离子表面活性剂复配的复合乳化剂,其最佳用量为单体总量的4.0%~5.0%;反应温度为85~90℃;单体预乳化液滴加时间为3 h左右。据此制得的遮盖性和成膜性丙烯酸树脂乳液与进口产品性能相当,能满足水性油墨生产要求。

【Abstract】 In order to collect the experimental data for industrial production,the study on preparation of acrylic resin emulsion for waterborne was carried out.The pre-emulsification technique was adopted in this experiment,the effects of ratio of monomer,selection and amount of initiator and selection and amount of emulsifier on polymerization technique and performance of emulsion were researched.The optimal conditions for reaction were as follow:the initiator was ammonium persulphate with sodium pyrophosphate system,and its amount was as 0.4%~0.5% as the amount of monomer;the emulsifier was a composite of nonionic surfactant(TX-10) and mixed anionic surfactant,and its proper amount was as 4.0%~5.0% as the amount of monomer;the reaction temperature was 85~90℃;the time for adding monomer pre-emulsion was about 3 hours.The cover ability and film forming ability of this acrylic resin emulsion prepared under these conditions could reach the level as the products imported,and meet the requirement of waterborne ink production.
