【摘要】 目的:观察高脂饮食条件下,糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞中脂质沉积及心肌细胞凋亡情况。方法:以高脂喂养糖尿病大鼠为研究对象,分别观察糖尿病组和对照组NO、NEFA、TG、TC、LDL、HDL、TC、心肌iNOS、心肌细胞凋亡百分率和脂质在心肌细胞中沉积情况。结果:糖尿病组血糖、NO、NEFA、TG、TC、心肌iNOS、心肌细胞凋亡百分率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义;病理学检查发现,糖尿病组大鼠心肌细胞中有大量脂质沉积。结论:高脂喂养可导致糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞中沉积大量脂质,同时出现心肌凋亡增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the lipidoses in heart cell and myocardium apoptosis of diabetic rat,feeded by high-lipid food.Methods:Diabetes and control group were investigated.The peripheral blood samples and heart were collected, plasma NO,NEFA,TG,TC,LDL-c and iNOS in heart,myocardium apoptosis rate were measured.To observe the lipidoses at heartcell.Results:Plasma glucose,NO,NEFA,TG,TC and iNOS in heart, myocardium apoptosis rate with diabetes were higher than controle;there are lot of lipid deposit in heart cell of diabetic rat.Conclusion: Lipid-toxicity could result in the increase of myocardium apoptosis rate and lipidoses in heart cell of diabetic rat.更多还原
