【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压脑出血患者术后肠内营养治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2003年~2004年高血压脑出血患者术后采用肠内营养治疗的患者30例临床资料。结果:所有患者均按计划完成营养治疗,伤口愈合良好,所观察的营养指标较治疗前有明显好转。结论:术后合理的肠内营养可改善脑出血患者术后营养状况,降低应激性高血糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the postoperative enteral nutrition support of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Method:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of postoperative enteral nutrition support in 30 patients from hypertension cerebral hemorrhage between 2003 to 2004.Result:All cases accomplished the therapy of nutrition in plan.The wound healed well,and nutritional indices were obviously better than before.Conclusion:The postoperative reasonable individual enteral nutrtional support could improve the indices statas of patients in hypertension cerebral hemorrhage,and could reduce the stressed hyper-glycemia.更多还原
