【摘要】 目的探讨三脑室区前部肿瘤的显微手术方法。方法156例病人分别采用“终板-翼点联合入路”、“胼胝体-侧脑室-室间孔入路”、“皮质-侧脑室-室间孔入路”、“胼胝体-侧脑室-脉络裂入路”等6种不同的术式,均在显微镜下操作,术后观察其手术效果。结果采用不同的显微手术方法,其肿瘤手术全切除率为50·00%,次全切除率为32·05%,部分切除率为14·10%,死亡6例,死亡率为3·85%。讨论对三脑室区前部肿瘤的手术治疗,要根据肿瘤所在的具体位置的不同,选择相应的手术入路,且在显微镜下操作,可以减少并发症,降低术后的致残率和死亡率,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the microsurgery therapy of the tumors in anterior part of tri-cerebral ventricle field.Methods:Different microsurgical techniques were used,the rates of complications after operation were reviewed.Results:Different microsurgeryical techniques,their total resection rate were 50%,subtotal resection rate was 32.05%,partial sxcision rate was 14.1%,the mortality rate after-operation was 3.85%.Conclusion:The surgical treatment the tumors in the anterior part of tri-cerebral ventricle field should select relevant operative approach according to different positions of the tumors.更多还原
