【摘要】 目的:观察异氟醚复合乌拉地尔行控制性低血压用于动脉导管未闭(PDA)结扎手术中效果。方法:选择32例行动脉导管未闭结扎手术患者,随机分为两组:每组16例,实验组给予异氟醚复合乌拉地尔行控制性低血压;对照组给予硝普钠行控制性低血压。观察比较两组患者术中血压、心率的变化。结果:两组降压效果相似,均能满足手术要求,但异氟醚复合乌拉地尔行控制性低血压,无血压反跳和反射性心率增快等不良反应。结论:异氟醚复合乌拉地尔行控制性低血压用于PDA结扎手术,降压安全、稳定、可靠,可在临床中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of isoflurane combined urapidil on controlled hypotension in patent ductus arteriosus(PDA)surgery.Methods:32 Patients undergoing operation on PDA were randomly divided into two groups with 16 patients in each group:experimental group and control group.isoflurane and urapidil were given to the patents in experimental group to tower the arterial blood pressure and sodium nitroprusside in control group.The changes of radial arterial blood pressure and heart rate were monitored in the two groups preceduing and post-oppration.Results:The effect of hypotension in the two groups was similar and enough to satisfy the operation without the adverse effects of arterial blood pressure rebounding and heart rate increasing occurred reflexibly in experimental groups.Conclusion:Isoflurane combined urapidil can be used for controlled hypotension in PDA surgery safely stably and reliably.更多还原
