【摘要】 目的建立行气坦尼卡尔胶囊中胡椒碱含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC,Sh impack CLC C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,0.5μm),甲醇-水(77:23)为流动相,紫外检测波长343 nm,外标法计算含量。结果胡椒碱在0.5~4.0μg.m l-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均回收率为99.55%,RSD=1.59%。结论所建方法准确、可靠,可用于行气坦尼卡尔胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining piperine in Xingqi Tannikaer capsules.METHODS HPLC method was adopted.Shimpack CLC C₁₈（150 mm×4.6 mm,0.5 μm）column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water（77:23） and UV wavelength was 343 nm.External standardization was adopted for calculating the content of piperine.RESULTS HPLC assay was linear in the range of 0.5–4.0 μg·ml^-1（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 99.55% with RSD of 1.59%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reliable.It can be used for quality control of Xingqi Tannikaer capsules.更多还原
