金银花叶中黄酮类物质的提取工艺

【摘要】 目的研究金银花叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以乙醇为提取溶剂,分别采用温浸法和超声法从金银花叶中提取黄酮,并通过单因素考察和正交试验优化各自的工艺条件。结果在优化的工艺条件下,温浸法提取总黄酮的收率为11.5%,超声法的收率为15.0%。工艺为用20倍量的50%乙醇浸泡金银花叶12 h后,于50℃超声提取。结论从金银花叶中提取黄酮类化合物的较佳方法为超声波法。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study on the extraction process for the total flavonoids from Lonicera japonica leaves METHODS The hot maceration and ultrasonic treatment were used to extract flavonoids in Lonicera japonica leaves.The optimum conditions were chosen through siginal factor and orthogonal experiment for each method.RESULTS Under the optimum conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 11.5% for hot maceration while 15.0% for ultrasonic treatment at 50℃ after the leaves was extracted with maceration by using(20-)fold volume of 50% ethanol for 12 h.CONCLUSION The method of ultrasonic treatment is better than the hot maceration for the extraction of total flavonoids from Lonicera japonica leaves.
