【摘要】 目的建立贯叶连翘药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法样品经甲醇超声提取,采用HPLC法,选用Krom asil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温40℃;流动相为甲醇和6 mmol.L-1Na2HPO4(磷酸调pH6.5),梯度洗脱;分段用260、324、408、588 nm检测;流速为0.6 m l.m in-1。结果建立了贯叶连翘药材指纹图谱,通过对15批次药材的研究,共标定了25个共有指纹峰。结论所用方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,可为贯叶连翘药材的质量控制提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint chromatograms of Hypericum performatum L.by HPLC.METHODS After being extracted with methanol,the samples were separated by Kromasil C₁₈ column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The gradient elution mode was applied in chromatographic separation with mobile phase of CH₃OH（A）-0.06 mol·L^-1 Na₂HPO₄（B,adjusted to pH6.5 with H₃PO₄）.The detection wavelength was set at 260,324,408,588 nm within different periods.The flow rate was 0.6 ml·min^-1.RESULTS The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Hypericum performatum L.were set up.The 25 common peaks of Hypericum performatum L.of 15 batches were separated by HPLC.CONCLUSION The method is stable,reliable and repeatable.It can provide some useful information for quality control of Hypericum performatum L..更多还原
