【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the optimal extraction processes for Chanshu granule.METHODS The extractive procedure of Chanshu granule was screened with orthogonal test,according to the extractive rate and content of jujuboside A by HPLC.RESULTS The optimal process was performed by 1-hour extraction for three times,with 10-fold volume of water.CONCLUSION The process is stable,scientific and reasonable.更多还原
