【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the impurities of the hyodeoxycholic acid and its purification.METHODS Recrystallization and column chromatography were used to get purer hyodeoxycholic acid and some other components.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Hyodeoxycholic acid was purified by recrystallization and column chromatography.The major impurity was confirmed as biliary acid.更多还原
