HPLC测定2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚的含量及有关物质
Determination of butylated hydroxytoluene and its related substances by HPLC
【摘要】 目的建立测定2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚含量及有关物质的方法。方法采用DiamonsilTMC18ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-乙醇(65∶35),流速0.6 ml.min-1,紫外检测波长278 nm,柱温30℃。结果在本色谱条件下,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚与有关物质及溶剂峰分离度符合要求,在300~700μg.ml-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9998)。结论测定方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,方法可靠,可作为质量控制方法。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of butylated hydroxytoluene and related substances.METHODS The separation was performed with a DiamonsilTM C18 ODS columon(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30℃,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile,alcohol(65∶35),with the flow rate of 0.6 ml·min-1 and UV detection wavelength at 278 nm.RESULTS Butylated Hydroxytoluene had a good linear relation over the range of 300-700 μg·ml-1(r=0.9997).CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,sensitive,and applicable for quality control of this preparation.
