【摘要】 目的探讨虎骨及其替代品之间的相互关系,为虎骨替代品的研究提供科学依据。方法应用模糊数学中的聚类分析和关联分析方法,对虎骨、熊骨、豹骨、黄牛骨、猪骨、狗骨和猫骨的15种微量元素和18种氨基酸含量进行分析。结果虎骨及其替代品的聚类分析和关联分析结果表明,在虎骨的替代品中,狗骨与虎骨最为接近。结论狗骨来源丰富,是虎骨的最佳替代品。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analysize the relationship between the bone of Panthera tigris L.and its substitutes,and may offer scientific foundation for studying on substitutes of Panthera tigris L.METHODS Data of 15 species trace-elements and 18 species amino acids of Panthera tigris L.,Selenarctos thibetanus G.Cuvier or Ursus arctos,Panthera pardus L.,Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin,Sus crofa domestica Brisson,Canis familiaris L.,and Felis domestica Brisson bones were dealt with cluster and correlative analysis,which were based on Fuzzy mathematics.RESULTS The bone of Canis familiaris L.was the most similar one to the bone of Panthera tigris L.in six substitutes.CONCLUSION Source of the bone of Canis familiaris L.is abrundant,and it is the best substitute.更多还原
