【摘要】 目的建立乳块消分散片中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(22∶78∶0.1),检测波长284 nm,流速1.0 ml.min-1,柱温40℃。结果橙皮苷的线性范围为14.95~598.00 ng(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.67%(n=5)。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining hesperidin in Rukuaixiao dispersible tablets.METHODS An HPLC method was used.The column was Diamonsil C₁₈（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrilewater-phosphoric acid（22∶78∶0.1）.The UV detective wavelength was 284 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 with co1umn temperature of 40℃.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 14.95-598.00 ng（r=0.9999）,and the average recovery was 99.0% with RSD of 0.67%（n=5）.CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate.更多还原
