二氮氧化喹喔啉甲醛席夫碱的合成和除草活性研究
Study on the synthesis and herbicidal activity of some di-N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde shiff bases
【摘要】 用二氮氧化喹喔啉甲醛与苯胺、取代苯胺、氨基脲等化合物反应,合成了11种二氧化喹喔啉甲醛席夫碱和缩氨脲。用元素分析、MS,IR和1H NMR对化合物的结构进行了表征;用油菜和稗草对其进行了除草活性研究,研究结果表明二氮氧化喹喔啉甲醛缩氨脲(硫脲)没有除草活性;一般二氮氧化喹喔啉甲醛席夫碱合物在500mgL-1浓度时株防效均在20%以下;化合物g和化合物h在500mgL-1浓度时的株防效可以达到50~80%。
【Abstract】 11 di-N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde schiff bases and semicarbazones have been synthesized by reactions of di-N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde with substituted anilines and aminourea.The structure was characterized by IR,MS,HNMR and elemental analysis.Their herbicidal activity was screened on Brassica Napusl and Echinochloa Grusgallil.The result shows that the di-N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde semicarbazones have no herbicidal activity,and di-N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde schiff’s bases,except compounds g and h,have weak herbicidal activity below 20% at the concentration of 500mg·L-1.The g and h have obvious activity arranging from 50% to 80% at the concentration of 500mg·L-1.
