【Abstract】 CdS thin film were prepared by chemical bath deposition（CBD）method on the substrates of SnO₂ glass.Photoelectrochemical cells used CdS thin film were fabricated.The results indicated that performance of photoelectrochemical cells changed when injecting different cation solution.CdS thin film photoelectrochemical cell exhibited recognition characteristic of Cd²⁺ion,and this recognition characteristic possess of high selectivities over common cations.更多还原
