5-(3-吡啶基)-2-芳氧乙酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

【Abstract】 Six derivatives of 2-aryloxyacetylamido-5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 3a ~3f have been synthesized by thereactions of 2-amino-5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and aryloxyacetyl chloride.Their structures were characterizedby1HNMR,IR and elemental analysis.The crystal st ucture of 3d was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal ofthis compound belongs to moncolinic system with space group P21/c,a =0.76550(7)nm,b =0.90221(8)nm,c =2.2927(2)nm,β=92.811(2)°,V=1.5816(2)nm3,Z =4,Dc=1.601g/cm3,μ=0.559mm-1,F(000) =776,R1=0.0419,wR2=0.1216.Thepreliminary biological activity tests showed that some title compounds have relatively good activity as plant growth regulator.
