【Abstract】 The prohibitive function of puerarin over trypsin was studied.The value of Ki(8.15×10-5mol/L)was obtained by usingDixon graphical construction according to the ratio between 1/v and amount of inhibitor.It was found that inhibitor was a noncom-petitive.Utilizing ultraviolet spectroscopy,we found that puerarin can alter the molecular conformation of the trypsin.Utilizing fluo-rescence spectrophotometry we studied the mechanism of the interaction between puerarin and trypsin and found that fluorescencequenching was a static quenching due to nonradiative energy-transfer.更多还原
