微囊藻毒素对小鼠免疫功能的影响
Effect of Microcystin on Immunologic Function of Mice
【摘要】 [目的]探讨微囊藻毒素(microcystin,MC)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。[方法]清洁级ICR雄性小鼠40只随机分成4组,各染毒组分别腹腔注射8μg/kg、16μg/kg和24μg/kg的MC-LR,对照组腹腔注射等量生理盐水,连续7天,检测迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、半数溶血值(HC50)、白细胞计数和分类及脏器指数。[结果]与对照组相比,低剂量染毒组可使脾脏肿大(P<0.05),高剂量染毒组可使胸腺萎缩(P<0.05);在迟发性超敏反应和半数溶血值实验中,中高染毒组可使小鼠的足垫肿胀度和HC50下降(P<0.05);微囊藻毒素各染毒组还可引起白细胞数量下降(P<0.05),中高剂量组可降低淋巴细胞的比例(P<0.05)。[结论]微囊藻毒素可以对小鼠的免疫功能产生抑制。
【Abstract】 To study the effect of microcystin (MC) on immunologic function of mice.40 ICR male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and were injected with 4 doses(0,8,16,24 μg/kg respectively) for 7 days.On the 8th day,the blood samples were collected and tested for the delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH),HC50,leukocyte count and classification and organ body weights index.Compared with the control group,spleen body weight ratios were increased in low-dose group(P<0.05) and the thymus body ratios were reduced in the high-dose group(P<0.05).Footpad swelling degree and HC50 were reduced in middle and low-dose groups with DTH and HC50 testing(P<0.05).The leukocyte count was reduced in each experimental group(P<0.05).The lymphocyte proportion was reduced in middle and high-dose groups(P<0.05).MC can inhibit the immunologic function of mice.
