【Abstract】 The development of the mechanism of sweetness was introduced.Especially,the three-point attachment theory,the multipoint attachment theory and their applications in sucralose were expounded.The study on the mechanism of sweetness was important and instructive to explore and synthesize novel intense sweeteners.更多还原
