四氢呋喃均聚醚聚氨酯弹性体——影响PTMG-PU力学性能的因素
PU Elastomer Based on PTMG——Factors Affecting the Mechanical Properties of PTMG-PU
【摘要】 介绍四氢呋喃均聚醚(PTMG)聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能。讨论了化学结构因素对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响,化学结构因素包括PTMG相对分子质量、二异氰酸酯、扩链剂、硬段质量分数、预聚体NCO基质量分数和化学交联等。结果表明:影响聚氨酯弹性体硬度和拉伸强度最大因素是二异氰酸酯类型和预聚体NCO基质量分数,影响聚氨酯弹性体扯断伸长率最大因素是PTMG相对分子质量和交联密度。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of PU elastomer based on PTMG are introduced. The influence of chemical structure factors on mechanical properties of PU elastomer is discussed. The factors include relative molecular mass of PTMG, diisocyanates, chain extenders, mass fraction of hard segment, NCO mass fraction and chemical crosslink in prepolymer,etc. The results showed that effects of diisocyanate types and NCO mass fraction in prepolymer on hardness and tensile strength are the biggest, effects of relative molecular mass of PTMG and crosslink density on maximum elongation are the strongest.
