废旧电池溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米晶Mn-Zn铁氧体的研究

【摘要】 以硝酸溶解废旧碱性锌锰电池所得的溶液为原料,以酒石酸为凝胶剂用溶胶-凝胶法制备出了具有尖晶石结构的Mn-Zn铁氧体。借助于XRD、IR和TEM技术,对制备过程进行跟踪检测并对产物形貌进行了表征。研究表明:制备Mn-Zn铁氧体的适宜条件为:总金属离子和酒石酸的比例为1∶1.6(mol比),pH=5,干凝胶煅烧时间为2 h,煅烧温度为600℃;所得产物基本为球形,具有粒径小,分散均匀的特点;XRD图谱及TEM照片表明:酒石酸是比柠檬酸更为优良的凝胶剂。

【Abstract】 The spent alkaline Zn-Mn batteries was dissolved in nitric acid.Tartaric acid was used in the sol-gel method to synthesize Mn-Zn ferrite powder with cubic spinel structure.The product was characterized by XRD,IR and TEM.When the molar radio of the metal ions to tartaric acid was 1∶1.6 and the solution pH value was 5.0,Mn-Zn ferrite with cubic spinel structure was obtained after calcination at 600 ℃ for 2 h.The product was spheric with uniform particle size XRD pattems and TEM micrographs showed that tartaric acid is a better reagent for this process than citric acid.
