微波辐射下2-氨基苯并咪唑的合成与表征
Synthesis and characteristics of 2-aminobenzimidazole under microwave irradiation
【摘要】 在微波辐射下,以NaOH为催化剂,由氨基氰和邻苯二胺合成2-氨基苯并咪唑,通过正交实验确定了最优化工艺条件:微波辐射时间为165 min,微波功率为162 W,反应物物质的量比为1∶1.2。产物的收率为83%,其结构经过数字熔点仪、红外光谱仪和1HNMR表征确认。
【Abstract】 2-Aminobenzimidazole was synthesized from o-phenylenediamine and cyanamide on the sodium hydroxide catalyst under microwave irradiation.The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum conditions was as follows:irradiation time 165 min,microwave power 162 W,molar ratio of raw materials 1∶1.2,and the overall yield reached 83%.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by melting point determination,IR and(()~1HNMR).
