【Abstract】 Starting from 3,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid,3,5-diacetoxy benzoic acid chloride was synthesized via acetoxy protection and chloridation,then through Heck reaction with p-methoxy styrene and deacetoxy protection by sodium methoxide,the natural stilbene product(E)-4′-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxy-stilbene was synthesized in 66% yield.The results have advantages of instruction to the synthesis of other stilbenes.更多还原
