毛细管电色谱法测定槐花、槐角中总黄酮含量

【摘要】 采用毛细管电色谱法测定了槐花、槐角中总黄酮的含量。确定的电泳条件是8mmol/L NaH2PO4、8mmol/L Na2HPO4溶液(pH 8.02)。运行电压为12kV,紫外检测波长为254nm。本文为槐花、槐角的质量控制提供了新的方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the total contents of flavone were determined in flos sophorae and fructus sophorae by capillary electrochromatography.The optimum buffer contained 8 mmol/L NaH2PO4 and 8mmol/L Na2HPO4(pH 8.02).The running voltage was 12kV,the UV detector wavelength was set at 254nm.The method was useful in the quality control of flos sophorae and fructus sophorae.
