高效甲醛阻聚剂的研制
Highly effective formaldehyde inhibitor and its preparation
【摘要】 采用醋酸乙烯酯和乙醛为原料,合成了高效甲醛阻聚剂———聚乙烯醇缩乙醛。最佳的工艺条件为:反应物料配比(n醋酸乙烯酯∶n偶氮二异丁腈∶n40%乙醛)为40∶0.9∶20,聚合反应温度59℃,聚合反应时间9h。通过控制聚乙烯醇缩乙醛的粘均相对分子质量,达到在甲醛中溶解的目的。聚乙烯醇缩乙醛在低温下对甲醛溶液有较好的阻聚作用。
【Abstract】 A kind of highly effective formaldehyde inhibitor,polyvinyl acetal was prepared from acetic acid,ethylene and acetaldehyde.The influence of temperature,reaction time and reactant ratio on the reaction was discussed.The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 59℃,reaction time 9h,reactant ratio(acetic acid ethylene:2,2′-azo-bis-iso-butyronitrile:40% acetaldehyde) 40∶0.9∶20.By controlling the molecular weight of the polymer,it can be dissolved in formalin.The polyvinyl acetal has good inhibition even at low temperature.
