PVA硫酸酯化聚阴离子材料的制备及表征
Syntheses and characterization of polyanionic PVA material
【摘要】 利用超声振荡,聚乙烯醇(PVA)与硫酸进行酯化反应制备聚阴离子膜材料。考察了影响反应的因素,确定最佳工艺条件为:3g PVA、20mL水、8g浓硫酸、超声振荡时间80min、反应温度55℃,产品取代度在5%以上,用IR对产品的结构进行了表征。
【Abstract】 The polyanionic membrane material was synthesized with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and vitriol as raw materials under the influence of ultrasonic.The influential factors in this experiment were investigated.The optimum conditions were as follows:PVA 3g,H2O 20mL,H2SO4 8g,ultrasonic vibration 80min,reaction temperature 55℃.The degree of substitution was over 5%.Structure of the target was identified by IR.
