【摘要】 无论是在生产还是在科研中,有效地去除金属锈蚀一直是人们极为关注的一个领域。我们对一种新式除锈方法———激光干式除锈法的原理、特点和基本结构进行了详细介绍,在实验室内对不同程度的铁锈进行了激光清洗试验,初步得到了激光清洗阈值、清洗效率、清洗成本、清洗效果等数据,将这些数据与其它除锈方法进行比较,表明激光干式除锈是比较理想的除锈方法,有望因其成本低、污染少、效果好等优点而广泛应用于工业除锈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rust removal is an important and interesting field no matter in industry or scientific research.In this paper a new way to remove rust is introduced, which is called dry laser cleaning.The principle of rust-removing by dry laser cleaning,the specific characteristics and the structure of a laser cleaning system are introduced.Initial experiments of dry laser cleaning to remove the rust were also demonstrated and some useful data such as the laser cleaning threshold,cleaning efficiency,cost and effect were obtained.Compared with other methods of removing rust,we can find that it is one of the good methods to remove the rust with dry laser cleaning,which is prominent to be widely developed in industry application due to its low cost,environmental protection and good effect.更多还原
