苯乙烯反马氏加成法合成β-溴乙苯
Preparation of β-Bromoethyl Benzene by Anti-Markovnikov Addition of Hydrogen Bromide to Styrene
【摘要】 通过苯乙烯与溴化氢气体发生反马氏规则自由基加成反应,合成了β-溴乙苯(β-BEB)。考察了反应时间、原料配比、引发剂用量和反应温度等因素对试验结果的影响。结果表明在溴化氢与苯乙烯的摩尔比为1.2,溶剂正庚烷与苯乙烯的体积比为5,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈与苯乙烯的质量比为0.5×10-2,反应温度80℃,反应时间60 min的反应条件下,β-BEB的收率≥92.0%,纯度≥96.8%(以苯乙烯计)。
【Abstract】 β-bromoethyl benzene(β-BEB) was synthesized by anti-Markovnikov addition of hydrogen bromide to styrene.The reaction conditions such as the reaction time,the amounts of solvent and radical initiators,and the reaction temperature were studied.Finally,the product was analyzed by gas chromatographic analysis.Under the optimum reaction conditions that HBr was 1.2 mole of styrene,the volume of heptane was 5 times of styrene,the mass percentage of azobisisobutylnitrile(AIBN) was 0.5% of styrene,the reaction temperature was(80 ℃) and the reaction time was 60 min,the yield of β-BEB ≥92.0% and the purity ≥96.8%.
