喷动流化床中不同粒径颗粒循环时间
Circulation-Time of Particles in Spouted Fluid-Bed
【摘要】 本文选用宽粒度分布大颗粒尿素物料,在带导流管的喷动流化床中,测定了在不同操作参数条件下,不同粒径粒子的平均循环时间。实验结果表明,宽粒度分布物料的不同粒径粒子的运动路径不同,而造成了各自的平均循环停留时间不同。大粒径粒子较小粒径粒子的平均循环时间短,大颗粒通过喷动区的次数大于小粒子,生长较快。在尿素造粒试验中,此规律得以证实。
【Abstract】 In this thesis,the changes of the circulation-time according to different size particles of the broad size coarse carbamide particles were studied.Experiments were performed in a spouted fluid-bed,with a draft-tube,in different operational parameters.The results show that the different motion tracks of different size particles of broad size materials lead to the different average circulation-time.The motion tracks of large-size particles are shorter than that of little size ones,and accordingly the average circulation-time are shorter with less effects of aeration velocity.In addition,largesize particles grow faster in the granulation experiments of carbamide.
