湍球塔钠碱法烟气脱硫特性研究
Experimental study on sodium-alkaline method for flue gas desulfurization in a turbulent bed tower
【摘要】 以SO2和空气混合模拟工业烟道气,在矩形湍球塔中进行烟气脱硫实验研究,考察了多种操作参数对脱硫率的影响。实验结果表明,增加碱液浓度、喷淋量和颗粒静床高度可以提高湍球塔脱硫效率;湍球塔脱硫效率随烟气进口温度升高而下降。
【Abstract】 The experiment of flue gas(mixed with SO2 and air gas)desulfurization in a rectangle turbulent bed tower is studied. The influences of the operating parameters on the flue gas desulfu- rization are investigated.The results show that the sulfur removal efficiency increases with the increasing of the sodium-alkaline con- centration,the spray liquid volume and the static bed height,while decreases with the increasing of the inlet temperature of the flue gas.
