【摘要】 概述了不同气体低温等离子体法对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)进行表面改性的方法、特性及研究现状,介绍了各种气体等离子体改性的效果和相关工艺。

【Abstract】 The method,characteristics and research actuality on surface modification of polytetrafluoroethylene with different kinds of gas cold plasma are summarized.The modification effect and cor- relative technologies are also introduced.
