丝网印刷胶体组成中不同造孔剂对TiO2薄膜性能的影响
Effects of different materials for making pore in paste on TiO2 films prepared by screen-printing technique
【摘要】 介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池中丝网印刷制备TiO2多孔薄膜的过程,论述胶体组成中具有造孔作用的PEG,H30,PS等化学物质对纳晶染料敏化太阳能电池中TiO2薄膜性能的影响,并详细阐述了三者造成影响的原因。
【Abstract】 It was introduced that fabrication process of the porous TiO2 thin film by screen-printing technique and described the effects of PEG、H30、PS as materials for making pore in the pastes on TiO2 films for dye-sensitized solar cell.The cause why the materials resulted in the effects above was also discussed.
