【Abstract】 The inclusion compound of cefradine - hydroxypropyl -β- cyclodextrin was prepared by saturated solution method, and its structure was proved by IR, UV absorption spectrum. The result indicated that the inclusion compound of Cefradine - hydroxypropyl -β- cyclodextrin was formed. The content analysis of inclusion compound showed that the molecular radio of cinnarizine to cefradine - hydroxypropyl -β- cyclodextrin was 1:1. And the HPLC experiment indicated the solubility of inclusion compound was increased by 5.3 times.更多还原
