磁性萃取剂高梯度磁分离法处理酸性洗铜废水
Treatment of acid waste water containing copper ion with magnetic extractant and high gradient magnetic separation
【摘要】 为解决低浓度、大排量酸性洗铜废水中重金属铜离子的低成本回收问题,作者采用“磁性萃取剂”,利用高梯度磁场来简易快速回收酸性洗铜废水中的有价金属铜。讨论了萃取剂、酸度、填充密度、流速对回收效率的影响。本方法的建立为重金属离子废水的处理开辟了新的途径。
【Abstract】 To reclaim the copper ion by a low cost method from the plenty of washing copper waste,the author adopt the magnetic extractant,utilizing the high gradient magnetic field to extract the valuable copper ion from the low concentration waste by which is a simple rapid method.The author also discuss the interference of the extractant,the pH,the filling density,and the flowing velocity.The establishing of this method presents a new way of the treatment of waste water which contains heavy metal ion.
