乳酸丁酯的合成研究
Synthesis of butyl lactatel
【摘要】 本文以乳酸和正丁醇为原料,对分别采用对甲苯磺酸、固体强酸催化剂-磷钨杂多酸、改性氧化锆、固体酸Fe2(SO4)3-CuSO4作催化剂合成乳酸丁酯的新工艺进行了探索,得出了用固体强酸———磷钨杂多酸作催化剂合成的乳酸丁酯产率高、质量好、反应时间短,最佳合成工艺条件为醇酸比1.1∶1,催化剂用量0.25%,反应时间1h。
【Abstract】 The esterification of lactic acid and butanol was studied.p-Toluenesulfonate acid,solid powerful acid-HPW,modified zirconium oxide,solid powerful acid Fe2(SO4)3-CuSO4 were used respectively as catalyst.The result showed that solid powerful acid-HPW has a ideal esterified activity with high yield,good quality and short reaction time.The optimum craft conditions are lactic acid:butanol(mol∶mol) is 1.1∶1,the amount of catalyst is 0.25%,the reaction time is 1h.
