高效液相色谱法测定水中硝基苯含量
Determination of content of nitrobenzene in water by HPLC
【摘要】 采用反向高效液相色谱系统,建立了分析水中硝基苯含量的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇∶水∶乙酸(70∶29∶1)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,262nm为检测波长。结果表明,该方法准确、快速,回收率为99.0%~103.2%,相对偏差小于2.0%,线性范围0.0116~29mg.L-1,用上述方法分析实际水样结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A exact and rapid method was developed for the content of nitrobenzene in water with RE-HPLC.RE-HPLC system consists of C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),methanol-water-acetic acid(70∶29∶1) mixture as mobile phase with detection at 262 nm and flow rate 1.0mL·min-1.The recover of nitrobenzene is 97.0%~103.4%,and the relative standard is less than 2.0%.The linear range of the method is 0.0116~29.0mL·min-1.The results for the analysis of samples are satisfactory.
