相转移催化合成乙酸苄酯
Synthesis of benzyl acetate by phase transfer catalyst
【摘要】 本文利用相转移催化剂TEBAC催化合成乙酸苄酯,最佳反应条件如下:氯化苄∶乙酸钠∶TEBAC=1∶2∶0.04,反应温度为110~115℃,反应时间为3h,酯收率达86.7%。实验证明,相转移催化合成对该酯化反应是高效,低成本和实用的方法。
【Abstract】 Use of TEBAC as phase transfer catalyst on the esterification of benzyl acetate was studied.The optimized conditions are following:the mole ratio of benzyle chloride to sodium acetate to TEBAC is 1∶2∶0.04 and temperature 110~115℃,the reaction time is 3h,The chemical yield was 86.7%.Experiment results showed that phase transfer catalyt TEBAC is highly active catalyst for this reaction.It is an inexpensive and very practical method.
