微波法制备Ce2O3/WO3光催化剂及其催化氧化甲醛的研究
Preparation of Ce2O3/WO3 Photocatalyst by Microwave Method and Its Photocatalytic Oxidation of Formaldehyde
【摘要】 利用微波法制备Ce2O3/WO3光催化剂,并采用X射线衍射、电子探针、BET和紫外-可见分光光度法等进行表征,发现该催化剂形状规则,比表面积较大,平均孔径较小,孔径分布均匀,可以吸收太阳光。考察了温度、相对湿度、初始浓度和流速对以Ce2O3/WO3为光催化剂的甲醛降解率的影响。在40℃、相对湿度40%的降解条件下,该催化剂的活性较佳。低浓度的甲醛随流速增加,甲醛降解率下降,而高浓度的甲醛随流速增加,甲醛降解率上升,但低浓度甲醛的降解率大于高浓度甲醛的降解率。
【Abstract】 Ce2O3/WO3 photocatalyst was prepared by microwave method and was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe microanalysis(EPMA),ultraviolet-visible light spectrophotometer and BET.The results showed that Ce2O3/WO3 photocatalyst had the characters of regular form,big specific surface area,uniform pore size distribution and absorbing sunshine.Effects of temperature,relative humidity,initial formaldehyde concentration and flow velocity on the degradation of formaldehyde over Ce2O3/WO3 photocatalyst were investigated.Experimental results showed that the catalyst activity was high under optimal degradation conditions of 40 ℃,relative humidity 40%.With increasing of flow velocity,the degradation was decreased for low concentration formaldehyde,and increased for high concentration formaldehyde.But the degradation content of low formaldehyde concentration was higher than that of high concentration formaldehyde.
