面阵探测器对风云四号大气垂直探测仪的影响
Effects of plane-array detectors on FY-4 atmosphere vertical sounder
【摘要】 进行大气科学研究的傅里叶变换光谱仪,必须具备高分辨率、高准确度的精细光谱才能对温度、压力和浓度等物理量进行反演。干涉仪中光线的离轴效应使仪器光谱函数发生变化。采用直接计算干涉调制函数的方法,研究了面阵探测器各个探测元离轴位置对光谱函数形状的影响;针对干涉仪使用的16×4元面阵探测器,模拟探测元不同位置的光谱函数参量的特性,结果将在仪器光谱定标中得到应用。
【Abstract】 Applications of Fourier transform spectroscopy in atmospheric science require high resolution,high accuracy measurement of spectrum to obtain the retrieval of physical quantities such as temperature,pressure and concentration.The instrument spectrum function of Fourier transform spectroscopy is influenced by the angular distribution of light on the interferometer’s off-axis detector.The effects are studied by direct calculating interference modulation function.Spectrum shape is simulated for rectangular detector based on the sounder’s 16×4 plane array detectors structure.The result can be applied in the spectral calibration for space-borne interferometers.
