基于TDM总线的多处理器系统检测技术的研究
Test Technique for Multiprocessing Systems Based on TDM Bus
【摘要】 多处理器系统是红外成像探测系统的重要组成部分,随着红外成像探测技术在航天、军事等领域的广泛应用,对系统的可靠性和可维修性提出了更高的要求。为了方便多处理器系统的检测和维修,文章提出了一种基于TDM总线的多处理器系统的检测技术,可以完成电路故障的快速准确定位、系统软件在线修改和信号处理中间结果记录,将系统的检测由系统级上升为芯片级。
【Abstract】 The multiprocessing system is one of the most important parts of infrared imaging and detecting systems.Along with the wide applications in war,the system is required more strictly in reliability and maintainability.For the convenience of test and maintainability,a test technique for multiprocessing systems,which is based on TDM bus is addressed.It can achieve the immediate and precise location of the malfunction of the circuits.the on-line modification of the system software and the recording of middle results of digital processing.Further,it improves the system test from the system level to IC level.
