【Abstract】 The structure and principle of Pyroelectric infrared detector were introduced.The expression of Pyroelectric current and voltage were deduced by Pyroelectric effect.PSPICE model of Pyroelectric detector was analysed and circuit of detector was presented by BISS0001 in unrepeated mode.更多还原
