几种长波红外低折射率材料的研究进展
Research Advance in Several Long-wavelength Infrared Low Refractive Index Materials
【摘要】 本文对几种长波红外光学薄膜材料,如氧化钆、氟化铒、氟化锌、氟化铟、聚乙烯等的物理性能进行了讨论。文中总结了这些薄膜的制备工艺进展情况,对这些薄膜的光学性能进行了评价。作为长波红外低折射率材料,这几种材料在将来都有应用潜力。如果将这几种薄膜材料用于滤光片的设计和生产,还必须对其进行深入的研究。
【Abstract】 The physical properties of several long-wavelength infrared low refractive index materials, such as gadolinium oxide, erbium fluoride, zinc fluoride, indium fluoride and polyethylene were discussed in this paper. The preparation progress of these materials was summarized and the optical properties of these materials were reviewed. All of these materials will be the potential long wavelength infrared low refractive index materials in the future. However, further research would be prerequisite if these materials are applied in the design and manufacture of infrared filters.
