【摘要】 本文提出一种基于数字图像处理技术的溶渣泡沫图像界面检测方法。用图像采集卡将CCD摄像头采集到的溶渣泡沫影像转换成数字图像,然后通过计算机图像处理得到溶渣泡沫的轮廓线。实验结果表明,该检测方法在原理上是可行的,对于在现场实现溶渣泡沫高度的在线检测具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes a method for detecting the interface in foamed dreg images based on the digital processing technique.First,the video signals obtained by a CCD camera are converted into digital image signals by an image acquisition card.Then,the contour lines of the foamed dregs are produced through the image processing by a computer.The experimental results have shown that the method is feasible in principle and is of significance for the on-line detection of foamed dreg height.更多还原
