【Abstract】 In this report, we reviewed the recent international study development on SnO2 thin film for gas sensor in two aspects, which included the methods for preparation SnO2 thin film and the modification and improvement of SnO2 thin film properties, respectively. To various preparation methods, the advantage and disadvantage was sumed up. To multifarious means for the modification and improvement of SnO2 thin film, the paper gived simple classification. As far as SnO2 thin film for gas sensor was concerned, its preparation methods and the modification and improvement of properties were based for the next step development. If expects that reader can know the recent fundamental development on SnO2 thin film for gas sensor through this simple, easy to read and understand review.更多还原
