【Abstract】 the Painting Party of Xin’an which was formed between the latter of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty. It had a irreplaceable historical positions no matter in the history of Chinese painting party or on the history of art. it was not only influencing the painting development of Qing Dynasty deeply, but also influenced the modern art development, especially it had exerted an irreplaceable influence to Chinese painting modernization. This article mainly put the key points on three parts.
