含盐体系铝系复合缓蚀剂的研究

【摘要】 将铝离子与一种或多种添加剂复配成新型铝系复合缓蚀剂,在1%的氯化钠溶液中,其缓蚀率最高可达78%;用铝系复合缓蚀剂对含盐体系中的碳钢进行预膜处理,然后再用SN进行封闭处理,碳钢缓蚀率达90%以上.

【Abstract】 The anticorrosion efficiency of the new aluminum compound corrosion inhibitor with single or multiple additives for steel is up to 78 percent in the environment of 1% chloride sodium.After prefreatment of carbon steel in salt solution with aluminum compound to form a film on it,closed treatment of the sample with SN compound was carried out,arriving at the result that,the anticorrosion efficiency of the carbon steel is as high as 90%.
