【Abstract】 It is hard for college students to obtain employment,not only because they do not have enough cognition of their conditions,but also because colleges,universities and job hunting market do not prepare it well.The only method to solve this problem of having difficulties in employment obtaining is to arise college students’ cognition of employment obtaining,reinforce government’s adjustment and control to job hunting market,and ameliorate talented person cultivating model and employment management model in college.更多还原
